Keeran Networks is a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider headquartered in Edmonton. We have an excellent team, great work environment and wonderful clients to work with. We are currently seeking a fulltime Account Manager to be based in our Edmonton office. The Account Manager will be responsible for the overall client experience from onboarding new accounts and helping align them to best practices, to being a client advocate and ensuring that all client expectations are met in a timely manner.
The successfully candidate will be a great communicator who excels at working in a busy environment while being highly organized. Some previous technical and or sales experience is desirable in this role, but most of the job is dealing with people and processes rather than servers and workstations.
Your polished written and verbal communication skills will be important when engaging clients. You will assist in developing account management plans and processes. This role requires a high level of professionalism and an ability to quickly develop rapport with potential clients. Attention to detail and exceptional communication skills are needed.
