Client Relations Coordinator

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized individual to assist the Client Relations department in three (3) areas:

  1. Account Coordination:
  • Prepare materials for upcoming Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with all clients
    • Scheduling / Calendar invites
    • Email/Phone confirmations with agenda and previous meeting notes
    • Status update on all actionables
    • Ensure server/workstation warranty expiration report is accurate
    • Build and maintain IT Roadmap with Procurement Specialist’s input
  • Utilize ReframeYourClient to drive maximum Keeran-client value
  • Ensure non-service client requests are logged in ConnectWise and are completed
  • Work with various telcos to negotiate best possible internet/PRI connection packages
  1. Sales Coordination:
  • Manage and advance all sales opportunities, activities, and sales pipeline stages in ConnectWise
  • Ensure all client information is accurate in ConnectWise
    • Email address
    • Company Phone Number / Direct Number / Phone Extension / Cell Phone
    • Male / Female
    • Birthday
  • Scan and categorize business cards for executing relevant marketing campaigns
  • Scout list data for accuracy, # of computer users, and current IT provider
  • Format and prep RFP shells based on input from Information Services Team
  • Create network diagrams in Visio based on input from Information Services Team
  • Research key line-of-business applications for specific verticals/industries
  • Format Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents to Keeran’s brand standards
  1. Marketing Coordination:
Build and manage inbound marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation for web leads via Infusionsoft 
  • Regularly report qualified vs. unqualified leads to SEO/SEM company
  • Refine website copy according to SEO/SEM company’s best practices
  • Create content for weekly blogs, monthly newsletters, and quarterly eBooks
  • Create drip marketing email follow ups, phone calls, and events/meetings
  • Work with key vendors and marketing company to develop targeted campaigns and create email blasts for account based marketing
  • Coordinate sales events like an open house, lunch ‘n learns, movie theater rental, trade shows
  • Work with marketing company to design client touch pieces such as SWAG, Follow Up pieces, Client Welcome Kit, and a Corporate Brochure
  • Create calendar of events to ensure face-to-face time with clients

Professional Qualifications

  • Sales, Marketing, and/or Administrative background (education and/or experience)

  • The ability to work under pressure and to prioritize work effectively
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • An acceptance of, and commitment to work according to, the organization’s policy
