Service Desk Analyst

We are currently recruiting for Help Desk Analyst for our Edmonton location.

Job Functions

  • Provide onsite and remote administration and support for client networks
  • Analyze diagnose and resolve problems with Windows servers, desktops, routers, switches, firewalls and other network equipment
  • Implement a variety of IT projects for clients, including deploying or migrating desktops, servers, etc
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Maintain up to date timesheets / expense reports

Essential Requirements

  • Hands on experience deploying, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
  • Hands on experience deploying, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Exchange
  • Hands on experience deploying, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems
  • Knowledge of IP Networking
  • Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s License 

Desirable

  • A+
  • CCNA or better
  • VCP
  • Linux/FreeBSD experience
  • MCSA: Windows Server 2012 or MCSA: Windows Server 2008
