The Technical Alignment Specialist is a unique role on the Keeran Networks service team. While the majority of our staff are dedicated to handling reactive situations, the TAS is focused almost entirely on performing proactive work.
The TAS works in client networks to document procedures specific to that client, to align them to our technical standards, and to perform regularly scheduled proactive tasks. The TAS may also assist with the other service delivery areas by handling help desk tickets and escalations, or by performing project work as required.

Masks required on all client sites, masks and hand sanitizer provided, limited in office workers.
As a Managed Services Provider, we tend to be exposed to more technologies than most internal IT positions, and we certainly support a broader variety of network environments. The pace and demands of our environment are also much greater than an internal IT position. The successfully candidate will be a highly organized individual who is a great communicator.
