KeeranONE Service Package Details

  • User management – Administering IT onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage and oversee Google accounts and/or Microsoft accounts where applicable.
  • User help desk – Ability to support inquiries and resolve tickets as required.
  • Remotely access user’s devices to troubleshoot as needed
  • Hardware and asset management – Initialization and setup, management, and tracking of IT hardware and IT asset inventory.
  • Assist and provide advice during hardware and software renewal planning.
  • Liaise with software (Saas) vendors for renewals, apply software upgrades, perform application configuration by request of the business teams, and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Ensure appropriate licenses are in place.
  • Infrastructure Management - Manage virtual infrastructure, apply security patches, and ensure interoperability and compatibility of applications with infrastructure setup.
  • Monitor storage capacity.

Keeran Networks maintains peak staffing capacity during office hours. Service outside of regular office hours is covered by a rotating team of after-hours technicians to ensure full 24/7 capabilities. If the after-hours technician is occupied, your call will automatically connect to the Help Desk Team Lead. If they are occupied, it will ring through to the cellphone of the Service Manager. From there it would escalate to the COO, and ultimately CEO if not captured before then. Keeran Networks also employs a backup call center to triage after-hours tickets that are not otherwise captured.
