Further, should an IT issue arise throughout the week, we are able to request support on demand which may be handled remotely or onsite if required. Keeran also meets formally with us each quarter to discuss planning for future needs and address any questions or concerns we may have. Keeran provides exceptional service levels as they arise but are also proactive as they regularly plan for our future and manage our software and hardware to prevent issues from arising.
