Microsoft Teams Boardroom

Many of us already Microsoft Teams every day. It is the hub of collaboration within the Microsoft suite that brings together the people, documents, and tools needed to be more productive — wherever we are. And now, Microsoft tools can bring boardrooms alive to become an active part of the team.

Microsoft Teams for Meeting Rooms

Bringing the Office 365 collaboration experience into the meeting room has been one of the most sought-after requirements of organizations around the world. Historically, AV integrators have been able to create premium meeting room experiences but the ability to scale has always been costly.

Over the last few years, the landscape has changed and a great meeting experience in just one environment is not enough. A great meeting experience is one that is reliable and consistent across all devices, rooms, meeting scenarios, and locations and is accessible to everyone.

It is what the modern workplace organizations have been striving for and with Microsoft Teams enabled rooms that vision is now a reality.

How does Boardroom Integration work?

Simply. Microsoft Teams Boardroom offers a familiar interface and easy-to-schedule meetings.

Anyone who uses MS Outlook and Teams will know how easy it is to set up a meeting. And bringing the meeting room into this is as simple as inviting a colleague. Schedule a meeting in Outlook, hit the Teams Meeting button, and simply add your chosen meeting room like you would a colleague.

One-touch meeting & call controls

Start every meeting with one click, just tap the ‘Join Meeting’ button on the room control panel and you are good to go. Furthermore, the room control panel boasts the same familiar look and feel to the PC/Mobile client, ensuring a smooth user experience without technology frustrations.

Intelligent meeting room experience

As soon as you enter the room Microsoft Teams will give you the option to add the room to the meeting.

Content Cameras and Intelligent Capture

Physical whiteboards can become part of the meeting experience for remote participants thanks to content cameras and intelligent capture.

As the team in the room start putting their ideas down, the content camera will focus on the whiteboard for all to see.
