We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Specifically:

  • Website inquiry data: Retained in our CRM for the duration of our business relationship and for up to 3 years after the last interaction
  • Client service records: Retained for the duration of the service agreement and for 7 years afterward for legal and tax purposes
  • Website analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely; identifiable data is retained for up to 26 months
  • Marketing communications: Contact details are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
